If you haven't already listened to Sigur Rós, I highly suggest you get on that. Next to Björk, I'd say Jónsi and Sigur Rós are the biggest importers of Icelandic music to our ears abroad. After you get past the fact that you may not understand everything sung due to the language barrier, Jónsi and his whole crew will have you lifted. Pure bliss, like lying down and feeling that floating sensation.
As Sigur Rós takes a wee haitus, Jónsi's keeping busy heading out for his North American tour starting on April 6th in Vancouver (check the dates at the bottom of the post for a town near you).
