This past heat wave in Toronto really got me thinking about large scale public parties.

Back in July 13th, 2002 Fatboy Slim held this free public rave party, expecting about 60,000 people to attend. 250,000 managed to show up for this wee gathering, covering up Brighton's entire beach front.
