Mini Vegas, a creative studio based in England have created a new visualization software that responds to music and gestures in real time (Watch Here).
I now it doesn't seem like much but with further development, something similar to this could enter the club atmosphere which would not only go with the lighting and visuals there, but rather flow with the crowd detecting their movements. It could also work alongside a future standard called VJing. As time progresses I believe DJs will be responsible for mixing up visuals almost as much they would with their audio.
Anywhere movement and sound appear, software like Mini Vegas' could come useful.
Still no word on any releases yet but I would definitely use something like that on my computer.
Imagine this enlarged on a massive screen at a busy intersection? Could make for some interesting art.
Who knows, eventually they could have something more intricate that can detect moods and change colours based on it. The possibilities are endless really.
GOD BLESS THE DESIGNERS
