I am glad to say that the people held responsible have been detained and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has called for harsher punishments and fire regulations as the country is notoriously known for these incidents.

Anyways I just want to warn people when going out these holidays to be careful of sketchy bars and clubs. I haven't seen any bad ones yet but plastic roofing and fireworks don't mix! Watch out for for places with only one entrance, lack of fire extinguishers or signage of safety regulations.
