What a shitty one to say the least! Just take a look at mainstream music. Rolling Stones' Best Songs of the Decade showcases a poor list in my opinion. Gnarls Barkley are a brilliant duo but why isn't Neil Young or Michael Jackson included? I laughed in sadness when going through the list at all those songs that topped the charts. Still Rolling Stones' Best Albums of the Decade did a bit more justice with Radiohead's Kid A on top. For 2009 I found Bleeps were the best.
